We truly value every person and family who reaches out to us for support, and we understand how important timely access to services can be under the NDIS.

Due to ongoing industry wide challenges, including significant staff shortages in the disability sector, we are currently experiencing capacity constraints. This means we are unable to accept and commence services for new referrals as quickly as we would like.

We are actively working to grow our team and increase our capacity so we can welcome and support more participants soon. In the meantime, if your referral is urgent or time-sensitive, we encourage you to discuss this with your NDIS planner, support coordinator, or Local Area Coordinator, they may be able to assist with alternative provider options or interim supports while you wait.
