Our highly skilled support workers will work alongside you and your allied health therapist to increase your capacity to live a more independent life. This might include helping you to feel more comfortable using public transport, or maintaining your home, or making and keeping friends, participating in groups, finding and keeping a job, or getting your driver's license.
Most importantly, we work alongside you at your pace and in a way that is non-judgmental, caring, and considerate of your unique self.
All of our staff are encouraged to bring their life skills to complement the work they do with you. Some have been professional cooks, or regular mums and dads, builders and labourers, or musicians, or students. Some of our support workers are happy to share their own stories about their disability.
You Me We Plus services meet the NDIS Practice Standards, ensuring top-quality support tailored to your individual needs.
