NDIS Funding and Referrals

You Me Me Plus welcomes referrals from participants (or their nominees) whose NDIS plans are 'plan managed' or 'self-managed'.

We are a proud non-registered provider who is committed to offering a premium service guided by a raft of robust policies and procedures which are at all times underpinned by the NDIS code of conduct.

Accordingly, we only charge according to the rates set out in the price guide.

We are committed to adhering to best practice standards, which are continuously reviewed and improved upon.

All of our staff hold valid police clearances (or have undergone NDIS worker screening checks), First Aid certificates, full Covid-19 vaccinations, and have undergone infection control training.

We are a fully insured company.

We also welcome inquiries from privately funded people.

What is the NDIS?

The NDIS is for eligible Australians who were either born with or acquired a permanent and significant disability. A "permanent disability" means a person's disability is likely to be lifelong. A 'significant disability' means a disability with a large impact on a person's ability to complete everyday activities.
